Vendor Network definition

Vendor Network means any and all of the network or networks that support Services ordered and accepted by Customer hereunder.
Vendor Network means collectively any Vendor systems, networks and processes that may be incorporated into or a part of the Hosting Services.
Vendor Network has the meaning ascribed to it in the Acquisition Agreement.

More Definitions of Vendor Network

Vendor Network means any non-public Wide Area Network (WAN) or Local Area Network (LAN) owned, operated, managed or controlled by Vendor or its Affiliates.
Vendor Network means the Vendor's data center facilities, servers, networking equipment, assets and hosting software and systems as employed or used by the Vendor to process or store Personal Data.
