Vendor Merchandise definition

Vendor Merchandise means all crafts, wares, food, beverage, and other refreshments made available for sale at the Festival. Food vendor will be up to SCA as this event is not open to the public.

  • By the execution of this Vendor Merchandise Agreement, Vendor agrees to the representations stated above, and on the following pages.

  • Tenant shall provide, at its sole expense and discretion, any police services or private security services required for the orderly conduct of the Festival and to protect the Premises, Festival Merchandise, Villages, Parking, Tournament Arenas, Camping Areas, and Vendor Merchandise.

  • Vendor agrees that all Vendor Merchandise, including packaging, delivered to WSL will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of a third party, except that Vendor shall not be responsible for infringing Merchandise or packaging to the extent the Merchandise or packaging was designed by WSL.

  • Vendor agrees that all Merchandise will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, including defects that could create a hazard to person or property, and, as to Vendor Merchandise, defects in design.

  • FCO shall furnish to Vendor, from time to time, specifications for certain kinds of merchandise manufactured or distributed by Vendor ("Merchandise") in purchase orders (the "Purchase Orders") specifying the kinds and quantities of Merchandise and directions for shipment in sufficient time to enable Vendor to make delivery thereof in accordance with such specifications.

  • Vendor may not re-sell Non-Conforming or Infringing Goods unless such goods are Vendor Merchandise that is not exclusive or proprietary to WSL under the other terms of the agreement and all trademarks or other designations referring to WSL have been removed from such products.
