Vendor Documentation definition

Vendor Documentation means any written and electronic manuals accompanying the Vendor Confidential Information, Epic and the Ancillary Products.
Vendor Documentation means, with respect to any Vendor Product, the explanatory and informational materials concerning such software or product, whether in printed or electronic format, and includes, without limitation, manuals, descriptions, user instructions, design guides, diagrams and training materials, but excludes Source Code.
Vendor Documentation means the documentation provided by the NGFW vendor, as it may be updated from time to time.

Examples of Vendor Documentation in a sentence

  • The Vendor Documentation, District CT&Cs, and the Purchase Order collectively constitute the entire agreement between parties.

  • Notwithstanding any language in the Vendor Documentation to the contrary, District shall not indemnify or hold Vendor or any other party harmless as to any claim or damages.

  • Such inspection shall commence twenty (20) working days (in the case of the Aircraft documentation and Vendor Documentation) and fifteen (15) working days (in the case of the Aircraft) prior to the date of return of the Aircraft to Sublessor.

  • All project documentation including reports, datasheets, databases, drawing lists, purchase information, IOM documentation, etc., shall comply with the Project Instructions, Standard Specification for Vendor Documentation (Specification A003) and Standard Specification for Piping Information (Specification A005).

  • Equipment, cabling and piping shall be labelled in accordance with the Standard Specification for Vendor Documentation (Specification A003), Standard Specification for Piping Information (Specification A005) and Standard Specification for Process Instrument Loop Numbering (Specification A007).

  • The Contractor shall further be responsible for the development and engineering of control philosophies of the complete Works as well as submitting and maintaining documents as defined in the Vendor Documentation Submittal Schedule (VDSS).
