Vendor Document and “Vendor Documents” have the meanings ascribed to them in §3.1(d);

Examples of Vendor Document in a sentence

  • The Contractor is required to submit the Vendor Document Submission Schedule (VDSS) as per agreed dates to the delegated Employer’s Representative.

  • The Power equipment used to supply and distribute DC and AC power to the BTS must meet or exceed the specifications identified in Vendor Document MTO-3D-131.

  • Each obligation of the Vendor to be performed by it on or before the Closing Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and each other Vendor Document shall have been duly performed on or before the Closing Date.

  • The representations and warranties of the Vendor contained in this Agreement and in each other Vendor Document shall have been true and correct when made and shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the Closing Date with the same force and effect as though made on and as of the Closing Date.

  • No failure on the part of the Trustee to exercise, and no delay in exercising, any right hereunder or under any other Vendor Document shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.

  • The Contractor is responsible for the selection and installation of all field protection devices, field instruments, instrument cabling and trunk cabling from junction boxes, together with the provision of all associated technical information and services required as per the Vendor Document Submittal Schedule (VDSS, see Annexure C).

  • The format of the final documentation handover shall be specified in the Vendor Document Submittal Schedule.

  • Tenant shall maintain a policy of commercial general liability insurance, which shall include coverages for (a) personal injury; (b) contractual liability; and (c) property damage liability.

  • The representations and warranties of the Vendor contained in this Agreement and in each other Vendor Document shall have been true and correct when made and shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the First Closing Date and Second Closing Date, as applicable, with the same force and effect as though made on and as of the respective First Closing Date and Second Closing Date.

  • The basis for the completion of all engineering activities shall be acceptance of documentation as defined in Vendor Document Submittal Schedule.
