Vendor Code definition

Vendor Code means the transaction code assigned to Party B by Party A for convenience of transactions between the Parties, which will be widely used in the relevant documents and records between Party A and Party B and the internal documents and records of Party A, including, without limitation, the purchase order, receipt proof, Party B’s delivery proof, Party B’s statement for settlement, for identifying the transactions entered into between Party A and Party B hereunder. Except otherwise agreed between the Parties, all transactions incurred by Party B under this transaction code and confirmed by Party A shall be subject to the provisions of this Contract.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.
