Vendor API Key definition

Vendor API Key means an API Key that is specific to Provider and Provider’s System, which must be used by every instance of Provider’s System at all times, in combination with the User API Key specific to Licensee(s), in order to gain authorized programmatic access to METRC and automatic communication of data and information between Provider’s System and METRC pertaining to such Licensee(s).
Vendor API Key means an API Key that is specific to Third party point of sale software vendor and Third party point of sale software vendor’s System, which must be used by every instance of Third party point of sale software vendor’s System at all times, in combination with the User API Key specific to Licensee(s), in order to gain authorized programmatic access to METRC and automatic communication of data and information between Third party point of sale software vendor’s System and METRC pertaining to such Licensee(s).

Examples of Vendor API Key in a sentence

  • Provider specifically agrees it has no right to a hearing or other legal or administrative process regarding the deactivation of the Vendor API Key.

  • The Vendor API Key shall permit Provider’s System with access to the API only if the Vendor API Key is used in combination with the User API Key.

  • Misrepresentation or knowingly entering false information into the system could result in the revocation of the Vendor API Key.

  • If the State deactivates the Vendor API Key as described under section 5, the User API Key may also be deactivated and a new User API Key must be generated.

  • If this Agreement ceases to further the public policy of the State, the State, in its sole discretion, may deactivate Provider’s Vendor API Key and terminate this Agreement.

  • A violation of this section or agreement including the failure to report or notify the State of any incident may result in the deactivation or revocation of the Vendor API Key.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, the State, in its sole discretion, need not provide advance notice or a cure period and may immediately deactivate Provider’s Vendor API Key if the State determines such action is warranted to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information as required in §2.C and this agreement.

  • Irrespective of any period set forth in §6.B, immediately upon any breach of this Agreement, the State may deactivate Provider’s Vendor API Key.

  • The State hereby authorizes Franwell to provide a Vendor API Key to Provider, which, when used in combination with a Licensee’s User API Key which the Licensee may furnish to Provider, permits Provider’s System to access the API for the purposes of communicating information to the METRC system, and retrieving such information from the METRC system, for use by Licensee(s) in operating the business of such Licensee(s).

  • Provider agrees that the Vendor API Key does not constitute a license as defined in MMFLA and MTA and expressly waives any rights associated with the provision of a license in Michigan.

Related to Vendor API Key

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Job-order-contracting means a project delivery method in which:

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
