Vending Operations definition

Vending Operations means all services provided to or on behalf of customers deploying vending equipment including, but not limited to, the design, testing and manufacturing of vending equipment, including the equipment previously known as the “Synapse Enabler for Vending,” the communications with and support of the transmission of financial and other data from customers’ vending equipment including all installation, training and settlement material from the location of the vending machine through to the customers’ processor(s); the activation, input and reporting services provided in conjunction with such services;
Vending Operations shall have the meaning set forth on the recitals hereof.
Vending Operations means and refers to the sale, display, solicitation, offer for sale, barter, exchange, gift or otherwise of foodstuffs from a vending vehicle.

  • As additional consideration for the Assets and the Business, the Purchaser will provide to the Company favorable pricing terms with respect to on-going Vending Operations and associated support pursuant to the terms of the Services Agreement, which favorable pricing terms shall provide an aggregate benefit to the Company of up to $2,150,000.
