Vending Booth definition

Vending Booth means any stand, cart, vehicle, trailer, or other structure at which a person exchanges goods or services for money. An individual person who moves from place to place while exchanging goods or services for money shall also be construed as a vending booth.

Vending Booth means the space allocated to the Vendor to sell its approved Goods and Services located in the Dove Building or other designated locations set out by the TBCM, for the Market to be held.

  • The TBCM shall collect fees for permitted Vending Booth locations in connection with the Agreement up to and including the effective date of any such termination.
