Vehicles and Services means t he complete product l i ne o f medium t o heavy duty new vehicles Class 4 - 8 , equipment, parts, service, training, and supplies as sought in City Solicitation RFP No. 069-21-KM and more fully described in its Section 3, Scope of Work/Specifications.
