vehicle type with regard to vehicle structure integrity means vehicles which do not differ in such essential respects as the design characteristics of the mechanical connections, such as welds and threaded connections, as well as the frame, chassis and/or body of the vehicle and the manner in which it is secured that production vehicles are representative of the actual vehicle used for type-approval testing by the technical service.

  • Receivables Related Assets means accounts receivable, instruments, chattel paper, obligations, general intangibles and other similar assets, in each case relating to receivables subject to the Permitted Receivables Facility, including interests in merchandise or goods, the sale or lease of which gave rise to such receivables, related contractual rights, guaranties, insurance proceeds, collections and proceeds of all of the foregoing.

  • All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Permitted Receivables Related Assets means any other assets that are customarily transferred, sold and/or pledged or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted in connection with asset securitization transactions involving receivables similar to Receivables and any collections or proceeds of any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, lock-boxes, deposit accounts, records in respect of Receivables and collections in respect of Receivables).

  • Emergency vehicle means emergency vehicles of municipal, township or county departments or public utility corporations when identified as such as required by law, the Ohio Director of Public Safety or local authorities, and motor vehicles when commandeered by a police officer. (ORC 4511.01(D))

  • Physical Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.1.
