Vehicle storage area definition
Vehicle storage area means the approved yard and buildings (primary and secondary) where stored vehicles are kept. The storage areas and fencing must comply with the requirements established by the department and all local zon- ing rules and regulations. Both primary and secondary stor- age areas must be physically located within the tow zone assigned to the operator.
Vehicle storage area means a suitable yard or enclosed building where a qualified tow business keeps or stores towed or impounded vehicles.
Vehicle storage area means any area which is at least one hundred and fifty (150) meters away from the nearest residential, institutional or assembly occupancy, and that has been so designated and approved by the Chief Administrative Officer or his/her designate.

Vehicle storage area. The Vehicle Storage Area, shown on Exhibit C, attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be reserved for the use of taxicabs, other holders of Department issued permits, and temporary storage of up to ten vehicles to be used in providing Demand Services under this Agreement. The Department shall have the right to reassign use of or relocate the vehicle storage area, but in no event shall the reassigned/relocated storage area provide for less than ten vehicles of the Carrier.
