Vehicle Pass definition

Vehicle Pass means a PMA Pass pursuant to the application and any replacement or renewal or amendment thereof.

Examples of Vehicle Pass in a sentence

  • You acknowledge that purchase or possession of a Vehicle Pass does not entitle you to entry to the Event Site without an Entry Ticket.

  • If you are arriving by vehicle, you must purchase the appropriate Vehicle Pass.

  • The Promoter may refuse entry to the vehicle if you have not purchased the appropriate Vehicle Pass.

  • If you are arriving by Vehicle, you must purchase the appropriate Vehicle Pass.

  • If your vehicle exceeds 18' in length and/or 9' in width; or if Licensor, in its sole discretion, determines that your vehicle is too large to fit properly into one space; or if it is a bus or RV, you may be directed to another parking area[, and/or required to purchase an Oversized Vehicle Pass or a Bus/RV Vehicle Pass, as applicable, which are subject to additional terms set forth below.

  • In addition to obtaining a Business Pass or RAPIDGate™ access, personnel driving personally owned vehicles must carry an Environmental Security Vehicle Pass in order to conduct surveys aboard the Base.

  • Parking is only permitted in the area at the rear of the Stand whose number appears on the Vehicle Pass.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Recreational Vehicle (RV) means a vehicle, which is:

  • Gross vehicle weight means the weight of a vehicle without load plus the weight of any load

  • Vehicle owner means the registered owner or

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.
