Vehicle Maintenance Services definition
Vehicle Maintenance Services means scheduled, preventative, and/or routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire changes, brake servicing, tune-ups, replacement of filters, and coolant flushing. It also includes routine and ordinary repair and replacement of damaged, failing or worn vehicle components, including batteries and headlights. Vehicle Maintenance Services does not include the purchase of tires for engine and ladder trucks, bodywork or the repair or replacement of ancillary equipment related to the fire fighting operations.
Vehicle Maintenance Services means the services identified in the Form of Project Agreement found in Schedule 10 to this RFP, which are to be procured by the Preferred Proponent after Financial Close in accordance with the special rules stipulated at Appendix B of Schedule 1 to this RFP;
Vehicle Maintenance Services means maintenance / servicing of the Vehicles (main and current repairs, technical service), mandatory civil liability insurance for the vehicle owner, car insurance (CASCO, with covered risks of damage / death of the vehicle , caused as a result of malicious actions by third parties, natural disasters and criminal offenses committed against the vehicle) all necessary accessories for the operation of the vehicle. All vehicle maintenance services are performed by their owner - "HIL VIL VELIKO TARNOVO" EOOD or by persons designated by him
Examples of Vehicle Maintenance Services in a sentence
Fire Department shall engage South St. ▇▇▇▇ to provide Vehicle Maintenance Services for all vehicles owned and operated by the Fire Department to keep them in good, operating condition.
The Vehicle Maintenance Services shall be performed pursuant to the schedule provided on Exhibit B.
Vehicle Maintenance Services does not include the purchase of tires for engine and ladder trucks, bodywork or the repair or replacement of ancillary equipment related to the fire fighting operations.
