Vehicle ESA definition

Vehicle ESA means these Vehicle Extended Service Terms and Conditions between You and Tesla.

Examples of Vehicle ESA in a sentence

  • Any operation of the Vehicle that results in further damage shall be considered Your failure to protect the Vehicle and shall not be covered under this Vehicle ESA.

  • Tesla does not authorize any person or entity to create for it any other obligations or liability in connection with this Vehicle ESA.

  • Upon customary and reasonable notice of the occurrence of a Failure, You shall protect the Vehicle from further damage, regardless of whether or not such Failure is covered under this Vehicle ESA.

  • In the event Your application is not accepted, You will receive a refund of the Vehicle ESA purchase price from Tesla.

  • This Vehicle ESA is not being sold in any jurisdiction in which the sale or performance of this Vehicle ESA is not permitted pursuant to applicable law at the time of purchase.

  • The performance of necessary repairs and parts replacement is the exclusive remedy under this Vehicle ESA or any implied warranties.

  • In the event any disputes, differences or controversies arise between You and Tesla related to this Vehicle ESA, Tesla will explore all possibilities for an amicable settlement.

  • Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:

  • Vehicle Term with respect to each Lease Vehicle shall extend from the Vehicle Lease Commencement Date through the earliest of:

  • Gross vehicle mass or "maximum mass" means the technically permissible maximum laden mass as declared by the manufacturer.

  • Vehicle owner means the registered owner or

  • Custom vehicle means a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle that:

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Vehicle dealer means a person engaged in the business of buying, selling, or exchanging a vehicle as defined in Subsection (138).

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Vehicle type means a category of vehicles which do not differ in such essential respects as:

  • Gross vehicle weight means the weight of a vehicle without load plus the weight of any load on the

  • Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive the

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Low-speed vehicle means any four-wheeled electrically-powered vehicle, except a motor vehicle or

  • Vehicle means every device in, on or by which any person or property is or may be transported or

  • Shared vehicle owner means the registered owner, or a person or entity designated by the registered owner, of a vehicle made available for sharing to shared vehicle drivers through a peer-to-peer car sharing program.

  • Fleet Vehicle means a motor vehicle owned or leased by a person engaged in a commercial activity, utility service, or government service; or a motor vehicle offered for sale, rent, or lease at a business which is licensed to sell, rent, or lease motor vehicles.

  • Rental Vehicle means a New Vehicle less than two years old owned by a New Vehicle Borrower and purchased directly from a manufacturer as a New Vehicle and that is used as a service loaner vehicle or is periodically subject to a rental contract with customers of the New Vehicle Borrower for loaner or rental periods of up to thirty (30) consecutive days or is used by dealership personnel in connection with parts and service operations.

  • Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.

  • Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.

  • public service vehicle means any motor vehicle used or adapted to be used for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward, and includes a maxi cab, a motorcar, contract carriage and stage carriage.

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that is designed to run primarily on only one fuel at a time; however, the simultaneous use of both fuels is permitted in limited amount and duration.
