Vegetative means the state of the Cannabis plant during which plants do not produce resin or flowers and are bulking up to a desired production size for Flowering.

Vegetative means feedstocks used for composting that are derived from plants including but not limited to: fruit and vegetable peelings or parts, grains, coffee grounds, crop residue, waxed cardboard and uncoated paper products.
