  • Crowdkeep has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in Veea and is able to bear the risks of an investment in Veea.

  • The Veea Products and Services are designed to interoperate with Non-Veea Applications.

  • Veea does not have pending before the SEC any request for confidential treatment of information, nor is there any outstanding unresolved comment by the Staff of the SEC on any of the SEC Documents.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ becomes aware of an Enterprise(s)’ breach of the Terms of Use, Reseller shall promptly notify Veea.
