The Bank is the issuer and owner of the Account, including the OnCard Visa Prepaid Card(s) (each, a “Card”) and the associated card number(s) the Bank issues in connection with the Account even though a Card, monthly statement, and other associated materials may bear the name or logo of one of the following Bank divisions: Zions First National Bank, National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank, Vectra Bank Colorado, California Bank & Trust, or Amegy Bank.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the following state(s) based upon the Division(s) through which you receive your Service and hold your Account: Texas for Amegy Bank of Texas, California for California Bank & Trust, Oregon for The Commerce Bank of Oregon, Washington for The Commerce Bank of Washington, Arizona for National Bank of Arizona, Nevada for Nevada State Bank, Colorado for Vectra Bank, and Utah for Zions Bank.
The Bank operates through its divisions, including: Amegy Bank of Texas, California Bank & Trust, The Commerce Bank of Oregon, The Commerce Bank of Washington, National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank, Vectra Bank Colorado, and Zions Bank (each a “Division”).
Your Card may be branded with the trade name of one of Zions Bancorporation, N.A.’s divisions such as National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank, Vectra Bank, or Zions Bank.
The class does not include Vectra employees, officers, or directors, or the judge presiding over this Action.
The Bank does business under the following trade names, and provides the remote deposit capture service through the following divisions: Amegy Bank of Texas, California Bank & Trust, The Commerce Bank of Oregon, The Commerce Bank of Washington, National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank, Vectra Bank Colorado and Zions Bank (each a “Division”).
