Vector Group definition

Vector Group means Vector and each Person (other than any member of the Spinco Group) that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Vector immediately after the Relevant Time, and each Business Entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Vector after the Relevant Time, which shall include those entities identified as such on Schedule 1.1(94).
Vector Group means, as of the Distribution Date, Vector and each of its former and current Subsidiaries (or any predecessor organization thereof), and any corporation or entity that may become part of such Group from time to time thereafter. The Vector Group shall not include any member of the Spinco Group.
Vector Group means, collectively, Vector and its Affiliates.
