VECO Plan definition

VECO Plan means all Plans (other than Multi-Employer Plans) of which an Acquired Company or, in the case of a Pension Plan, an ERISA Affiliate of an Acquired Company is or was, within the last six years a Plan Sponsor, or to which an Acquired Company (or, in the case of a Pension Plan, an ERISA Affiliate of an Acquired Company) otherwise was obligated to make contributions within the last six years, or with respect to which an Acquired Company (or, in the case of a Pension Plan, an ERISA Affiliate of an Acquired Company) otherwise has any current liability. All references to Plans are to VECO Plans unless the context requires otherwise. “Welfare Plan” is a plan, fund or program that is subject to ERISA and described in ERISA § 3(1).

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(a).

  • Company Plan means all Plans of which the Company or an ERISA Affiliate of the Company is or was a Plan Sponsor, or to which the Company or an ERISA Affiliate of the Company otherwise contributes or has contributed, or in which the Company or an ERISA Affiliate of the Company otherwise participates or has participated. All references to Plans are to Company Plans unless the context requires otherwise.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Nonqualified deferred compensation plan means a compensation plan described in Section 3121(v)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.
