VDDA definition

VDDA or “Vertical DDA” means vertical disposition and development agreement, a document between the Port and a Vertical Developer in the form of DDA Exh D3.

  • Consultant shall, and shall cause all Consultant’s Representatives to, comply with the applicable terms, conditions, covenants, and restrictions set forth in the VDDA.

  • Each VDDA will require that the Vertical Developer shall pay to SFMTA a “Transportation Fee” that SFMTA will use and allocate in accordance with Section I.B below.
