VDACS means the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. VDACS administers the provisions of Virginia's pesticide statute, Chapter 39 (§ 3.2-3900 et seq.) of Title 3.2 of the Code of Virginia, as well as the regulations promulgated by the Virginia Pesticide Control Board. VDACS also has delegated authority to enforce the provisions of FIFRA. As such, VDACS is the primary agency for the regulatory oversight of pesticides in the Commonwealth.

VDACS or “the agency” means the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

• Notify DARS-OAS and VDACS if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is no longer in business or no longer participating in the Farm Market Fresh Program.

• VDACS has represented to the Company that it considers such information to be confidential proprietary information that is exempt from public disclosure under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and that such information will be used by VDACS solely in calculating aggregate return on invested capital analyses for purposes of gauging the overall effectiveness of economic development incentives.
