VCUP definition

VCUP means the Application for a Voluntary Cleanup Plan submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, dated March 10, 1995, and all correspondence, supplements, addenda, and extensions thereof.

VCUP means the voluntary cleanup plan for the Landfill submitted by the Developer and approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment pursuant to its letter dated September 26, 2016 signed by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as such plan may be amended from time to time with approval of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Any reference to a section or article number, without further qualification, shall mean such section or Article in this Agreement.
