VCTC may approve a variation in the foregoing insurance requirements, upon a determination that the coverage, scope, limits, and forms of such insurance are either not commercially available, or that VCTC’s interests are otherwise fully protected.
VCTC reserves the right to require complete copies of all required insurance policies at any time.

Likewise, expenses incurred that are statutorily-required to participate in the DSCP (i.e., deductibles) or one of the PRP eligibility programs (i.e., deductibles, review fees, limited contamination assessment reports, and co-payments), are not eligible for the state's VCTC.
Not all activities that are approved or performed in association with a BSRA are eligible for the state's Voluntary Cleanup Tax Credit (VCTC).
It is understood and agreed that the documents and other materials, including but not limited to those described above, prepared pursuant to this Agreement are prepared specifically for VCTC and are not necessarily suitable for any future or other use.
