HC Manager definition

HC Manager means the Authorized representative of Handling Contractor who is posted in the stock yard as their whole time employee and is responsible to receive instructions from company from time to time and ensure due compliance of the same towards satisfactory performance of the contract. The Handling Contractor shall designate the “HC Manager” at the beginning of the Contract through a written Communication to the Company and also will notify the Company in the same manner, in case of any change.
