VCB Financial Statements means (i) the balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of VCB as of December 31, 2013 and 2012 and the statements of operations, comprehensive income, changes in shareholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of VCB for each of the two years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, and (ii) the balance sheets of VCB (including related notes and schedules, if any) and the statements of operations comprehensive income, changes in shareholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of VCB with respect to the quarterly periods ending subsequent to December 31, 2013, but prior to the Effective Date.
