Vazon means Vazon Energy Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement have the meanings given to them in the Final Prospectus. Any reference in this Agreement to a section, paragraph, subsection, subparagraph, clause or subclause will refer to a section, paragraph, subsection, subparagraph, clause or subclause of this Agreement. All words and personal pronouns relating to those words will be read and construed as the number and gender of the party or parties referred to in each case required and the verb will be construed as agreeing with the required word and/or pronoun.
