VAT Withholding has the meaning set forth in Section 9.11(c).
Examples of VAT Withholding in a sentence
The PROMOTER agrees to obtain and pay for ali necessary permits and licenses for the day of the performance at his sole cost {i.e. working permits, police, council, parking, etc.), and National or lnternational Taxes {VAT, Withholding Taxes, etc.) if applicable, and return to the PRODUCER the proper certificates when required.
All Payments will be made after deducting all the taxes, personal or impersonal, direct or indirect or in any other form or name known (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) due as per the residency status of the Consultant and the taxation rules in force within the jurisdiction as defined in Section 11D of the agreement.
