Builder shall pay (without seeking any reimbursement whatsoever from Buyer) all import, export, excise or other taxes, duties and charges, including VAT and GST (“Taxes”) which may be levied or imposed on Builder by the authorities or government in Singapore or elsewhere in connection with the execution and/or performance of all work by Builder or its subcontractors or suppliers under this Contract up to delivery and acceptance of the Rig to Buyer.
The parties will supply to each other appropriate information and documentation, including VAT and GST registration details, in order for the VAT and GST to be charged, credited or refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
All charges provided for under this Master Agreement and/or any Transaction are exclusive of VAT and GST.
