Vastera definition

Vastera shall be deemed to include its Affiliates, as the context may require. For purposes of this Agreement, Affiliate means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, trust, or other entity directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controlling, controlled by or, under common control with a Party.

Examples of Vastera in a sentence

  • This Agreement is entered into solely between, and may be enforced only by, Ford and Vastera.
