VAS Services definition

VAS Services means a value added service through a Network;
VAS Services means the Communication related services offered by Panacea Mobile in conjunction with the Networks (currently being as specified on the cover sheet hereto) made available to Client by Panacea Mobile via the Panacea Mobile System pursuant to a Service Schedule;

Examples of VAS Services in a sentence

  • Fincra shall grant the Client access to the Solution for the purpose of selling airtime recharge, providing bills payment and funds transfer services (VAS Services).

  • SCOPE Fincra shall grant the Client access to the Solution for the purpose of selling airtime recharge, providing bills payment and funds transfer services (VAS Services).

  • Client shall not use or permit use of the VAS Services for the benefit of any third party unless expressly authorised thereto in a Service Schedule.

  • Client shall ensure that it obtains and maintains all licences, authorisations, permissions and consents (including from Personnel and Subscribers) as may be required in Law for the Communications Data to be submitted to and processed by the Panacea Mobile System and to enable Panacea Mobile and the Networks to render the VAS Services for Client, and will immediately notify Panacea Mobile in writing of the expiry or termination of any such licence, authorisation, permission or consent.

  • Intarget is responsible for the Higate Platforms, the service platforms and live implementation of the VAS Services.

  • Client will not use or permit the use of the VAS Services in infringing, unlawful, abusive or harmful manner and will use and ensure the use of the VAS Services in compliance with applicable Law and the Client Requirements, including the relevant codes of conduct of Panacea Mobile , WASPA and/or ISPA and the Networks.

  • In this regard, the Client will be responsible for the timely implementation and configuration of the Client System to interoperate with the Panacea Mobile System and receive the relevant VAS Services all in compliance with the Client Requirements and the minimum requirements of the relevant Network, including with respect to the format and content of the Communications.

  • The purpose of this SLA is to record the service levels that the Client and Intarget must achieve to ensure that Service Users have a positive experience of VAS Services in Swaziland.

  • Intarget is responsible for the HiGate Platforms, the service platforms and live implementation of the VAS Services.

Related to VAS Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • SaaS Service means the SaaS Software as deployed and hosted by Licensor on the AWS Service infrastructure, any software and other technology provided or made accessible by Licensor that Buyer is required or has the option to use in order to access, receive and use the SaaS Software as hosted by Licensor, including any software or technology that Buyer is required or has the option to install, operate and use on Buyer’s systems for its use of the SaaS Software, and all related services, functions or responsibilities of Licensor inherent in, and necessary for, the proper performance of such software-as-a-service.
