Weighting means the weight to be applied to each of the Equities comprising the Basket of Equities, as specified in the applicable Issue Terms.
Spread shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
Relapse means progressive irresponsible, inappropriate and dysfunctional behavior patterns that could lead to resumption of alcohol or drug use or problem gambling. “Relapse” also refers to the resumption of alcohol or drug use or problem gambling.
Prescribed Rate means the rate of 4% above The Royal Bank of Scotland plc base rate from time to time in force.
Interpolated Benchmark with respect to the Benchmark means the rate determined for the Corresponding Tenor by interpolating on a linear basis between: (1) the Benchmark for the longest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is shorter than the Corresponding Tenor and (2) the Benchmark for the shortest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is longer than the Corresponding Tenor.

Compounding means the preparation, mixing, assembling, packaging, or labeling of a drug or
Duration means the warranty period. This period may be a stated period of time, amount of usage, or the occurrence of a specified event, after formal acceptance of delivery, for the Government to assert a contractual right for the correction of defects.
Interpolated Historic Screen Rate means, in relation to any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:
Median means the area between two roadways of a divided highway, measured from edge of traveled way to edge of traveled way, but excluding turn lanes. The width of a median may be different between intersections, between interchanges, and at opposite approaches of the same intersection. (ORC 4511.01(NNN))
Points means any fee or charge retained or received by a mortgage lender or mortgage broker stated or calculated as a percentage or fraction of the principal amount of the loan, other than or in addition to fees paid to third persons or interest.
Average daily membership means average daily membership as defined in the North Carolina Public Schools Allotment Policy Manual, adopted by the State Board of Education. If a county contains only part of a local school administrative unit, the average daily membership of that county includes all students who reside within the county and attend that local school administrative unit.

Carbon dioxide equivalent or “CO2 equivalent” or “CO2e” means the number of metric tons of CO2 emissions with the same global warming potential as one metric ton of another greenhouse gas. Global warming potential values shall be determined consistent with the definition of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent in MRR section 95102(a).
