Varied Services definition

Varied Services means any services provided by the Independent Expert in addition to the Initial Services, or any variation to the Initial Services undertaken by the Independent Expert, in each case in accordance with clause 2.2.

  • The Independent Tester shall promptly and efficiently provide the Services and the Varied Services: with the reasonable care, skill and diligence to be expected of a properly qualified and competent professional adviser who has held itself out as competent and experienced in rendering such services for projects of a similar size, nature, scope and complexity to the Project; and in accordance with all applicable Law [and NHS Requirements12].

  • WR plc shall identify and inform EWS whether such requested Varied Services or Additional Services can be accommodated.

Not later than 5 days after the Due Date ascertained in accordance with Clause 5.1, DBFM Co shall give written notice to the Independent Tester stating the amount which DBFM Co considers to be or have been due at the Due Date and the basis on which the amount is calculated (the “Payment Notice”).

  • The Independent Tester shall within [ l ] Business Days of receiving such notification, notify the Authority and DBFM Co of the impact of such change, if any, on the Services, including whether such change gives rise to any Varied Services and the provisions of this Clause 3.3 shall apply accordingly.

Related to Varied Services

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.
