Variation Directive definition

Variation Directive has the meaning given in Schedule 22 - Variation Procedure.
Variation Directive means a written instruction which is issued on a form designated as a “Variation Directive Form” and signed by the City Representative directing Project Co to immediately proceed with a Variation pending the finalization and issuance of a Variation Confirmation for that Variation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, except to the extent expressly provided in a Variation Confirmation or a Variation Directive, nothing in this Section 20.5(f) shall relieve Project Co from complying with its obligations under this Project Agreement.
