Variance Threshold definition

Variance Threshold means an increase in any individual line-item of expense (other than Capital Expenditures) set forth in the then current Budget for a Fiscal Year up to the greater of five percent (5%) of such individual line-item of expense and Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) (provided that the overall Budget for such Fiscal Year (excluding therefrom Capital Expenditures) is not increased by more than five percent (5%)).
