Variance Reports has the meaning provided in Section 5.01(j). “Variance Testing Period” means (i) the two week period ending on the first Sunday after the Second Amendment Effective Date (i.e. Sunday, April 21, 2024), (ii) the three week period ending on the second Sunday after the Second Amendment Effective Date (i.e. Sunday, April 28, 2024, 2024), (iii) the four week period ending on the third Sunday after the Second Amendment Effective Date (i.e. Sunday, May 5, 2024) and (iv) each subsequent four week period ending on each Sunday thereafter during the PIK Repayment Period.
