Variable tolling definition

Variable tolling means tolling rates that vary based on the time of day and/or day of week which may be manually overridden at Concessionaire’s election in accordance with the Concession Agreement.
Variable tolling means the setting of tolls in an express lane for authorized users based on the toll criteria set forth in this rule.
Variable tolling means the setting of toll amounts in an express lane for authorized users based on the toll amount criteria set forth in this rule.
