Variable Rental definition

Variable Rental means an amount which is equal to the product of the following:
Variable Rental means: (i) alizz bank Ijarah Rate multiplied by: (ii) the Outstanding Fixed Rental in a Lease Period multiplied by (iii) the number of days in that Lease Period divided by 365.
Variable Rental means an amount which is equal to the Outstanding Fixed Rental at the commencement of the applicable Rental Period multiplied by the Profit Rate, calculated in accordance with Clause 4.3 below.

  • To the extent the time for such rectification extends beyond the expiration date of the Lease, the term hereof shall be deemed automatically extended, except that Lessee will pay monthly rental at 150% of the Base Rental and 150% of the Variable Rental and the provisions hereof shall remain in force until such rectification has been accomplished, unless Lessor terminates the Lease in writing at its sole option.

  • Base Rental and Variable Rental will accrue and be paid by Lessee from and after a failure to return the Aircraft at the time and in the condition required hereunder at 150% of the Base Rental and Variable Rental.

  • The expenses for such maintenance shall be included in the Variable Rental Elements.

  • All storage charges paid by such additional warehouse customers shall be applied to reduce the amount of Fixed Rental and Variable Rental payable by Lessee hereunder.

  • Lessee's obligation to pay the Base Rental, Variable Rental, Supplemental Rental, and other charges shall continue in full force and effect, but Lessee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by Lessor by the amount of insurance proceeds, if any, received by Lessor on account of the insurance required to be carried by Lessee with respect to such replaced Engine.

  • Rent for any extension of this Lease shall consist of (i) Fixed Rental in an amount to be negotiated in good faith by Lessor and Lessee with the understanding and agreement that the Fixed Rental for any extension term shall be significantly lower than the Fixed Rental for the Initial Term; and (ii) Variable Rental as set forth in (b) above.

  • Retailer has the right to conduct an audit on the paid Variable Rental Fee in February of the following year.

  • If a Customer is not notified of any change to the Variable Rental, the same benchmark rate, which was applicable for the previous period, shall apply.
