Variable Rate Purchase Date definition

Variable Rate Purchase Date means while the Bonds bear interest at the Variable Rate, any Business Day (prior to and upon the effective date of the Fixed Interest Rate) on which the Bonds may be tendered for purchase at the option of the owner thereof in accordance with Section 2.3 hereof.
Variable Rate Purchase Date means while the Bonds bear interest at the Variable Rate, any Business Day (prior to and including the date which is the tenth day preceding the Conversion Date) on which the Bonds may be tendered for purchase at the option of the owner thereof in accordance with Section 203 hereof.
