Variable Compensation Plans definition

Variable Compensation Plans means, collectively, the Incentive Plan and any other variable compensation plan authorized by the Administrative Committee to participate in this Plan.
Variable Compensation Plans means, collectively, the Management Plan, incentive plans of UCAR Composites Inc., the UCAR Graph-Tech Inc. Management Incentive Plan (but only so long as UCAR Graph-Tech Inc. participates in the Program) and any other variable compensation plan authorized by the Administrative Committee to participate in this Program.

  • Regardless of the method by which such awards are paid to Lumentum Group Employees and notwithstanding anything contrary in this Agreement (with the exception of Section 9.22), the JDSU Group shall retain and agree faithfully to perform, discharge and fulfill any and all Liabilities with respect to, in relation to, or for claims made by any Lumentum Group Employees with respect to awards earned and payable under the JDSU Variable Compensation Plans.
