Variable Cash Amount definition

Variable Cash Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6.4(a)(ii).
Variable Cash Amount means, with respect to the remainder of any period set forth in the table above following a prepayment of the Loan pursuant to Section [ ]or [ ] and each period thereafter, an amount equal to (x) the Fixed Cash Amount for such period less (y) the sum of (I) twenty-five percent (25%) of the aggregate amount of prepayments of the Loan made from proceeds of Asset Sales pursuant to Section [ ] and (II) fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate amount of all prepayments of the Loan made pursuant to Section [ ] (but not including any Prepayment Premium paid in connection therewith) and pursuant to Section [ ] (other than Section [ ]); provided, however, that in no event shall the Variable Cash Amount be less than $20,000,000 for any such period.
