Vape or Vaping definition
Vape or Vaping means: inhaling or exhaling the vapor, emissions or aerosol produced from an electronic smoking device; holding or otherwise having control of an electronic device that is producing vapor, emissions or aerosol.
Vape or Vaping means the use and/or activation of a vaporizer or inhalant-type device, whether called an electronic cigarette or any other name, that contains a power source and/or heating element designed to heat a substance and produce vapour intended to be inhaled by the user of the device, whether or not the vapour contains nicotine, medicinal cannabis or cannabis; and

Vape or Vaping means the use of an electronic cigarette or electronic smoking device in any of the following ways: (1) through inhalation or exhalation of vapor from an electronic cigarette or electronic smoking device or (2) by holding or otherwise activating an electronic cigarette or electronic smoking device such that any vapor is being emitted from it.
