  • In the case of a breach of a material obligation other than an obligation to make a payment, Vantiv will not be considered to have breached such obligation for purposes of this Section 5.01(b) until Vantiv shall have been provided a reasonable opportunity to cure such breach (if capable of cure) and shall have failed to cure such breach.
