VantageScore definition
VantageScore means the credit score for an Obligor referred to as a “VantageScore 3.0” calculated and reported by Experian plc.
VantageScore means a credit score created by VantageScore Solutions, LLC, or any successor thereto; provided, that, in the case of a Receivable with two Obligors, such score is based on the higher of the two VantageScores at origination.
VantageScore means the credit score for an Obligor referred to as a “VantageScore” calculated and reported by Experian plc.
More Definitions of VantageScore
VantageScore means, with respect to an Obligor and a Receivable, the Obligor’s most recent credit risk score generated by the nationally recognized credit bureau utilized by Gemini in connection with the origination of such Receivable, which credit risk score is generated using statistical models established by VantageScore, an independently managed joint venture of Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, (or any successor entity thereto); provided, however, that if there is more than one Obligor with respect to an Account, the “VantageScore” for such Receivable shall refer to the highest credit risk score among such Obligors.
VantageScore means, for the Obligors with respect to any cohort of Receivables as of any date of determination, the VantageScore® of such Obligors, as reported by Experian or such other nationally recognized credit bureau approved by the Administrative Agent.
