Vancouver Building Bylaw definition

Vancouver Building Bylaw means the most recent version of the City of Vancouver Building Bylaw;
Vancouver Building Bylaw or "VBBL” means the City of Vancouver Building Bylaw No. 9419 (2007), as amended;
