Vanco. Vanco Payment Solutions (often referred to as “we”) is the service provider responsible for facilitating the processing of your credit card transactions and the holder of the Merchant Account.  Acquirer: The financial institution, which has contracted with Vanco Payment Solutions to acquire your transactions and distribute them to the appropriate Card-Issuing Bank.
