Value Securities definition

Value Securities has the meaning set out in the Exchange Policy.
Value Securities means securities issued pursuant to a transaction, for which the deemed value of the securities at least equals the value ascribed to the asset, using a valuation method acceptable to the Exchange, or securities which are otherwise determined by the Exchange to be Value Securities and required to be placed in escrow under a Value Security Escrow Agreement.
Value Securities means the Common Shares escrowed under the Value Security Escrow Agreement in accordance with Exchange Policy 5.4; and

  • Index Securities means Securities of those companies which are at the relevant time the constituent companies of the Index, any Securities used to track the performance of such Securities constituting the Index at the relevant time or such other Securities designated by the Manager.
