Value Per Unit definition

Value Per Unit means the closing price of a share of the Corporation’s Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange on the vesting date, or, if no sale shall have been made on that day, on the preceding day on which there was a sale of the Common Stock.
Value Per Unit means the value per unit of a provident fund calculated by dividing the net asset value by the total number of units as of the calculation date;

Examples of Value Per Unit in a sentence

  • Partnership Units issued pursuant to the DRIP shall be purchased at the applicable Net Asset Value Per Unit on the date that the distribution is payable (calculated as of the most recent month end).

  • The number of Units shall be determined by dividing the amount of the additional contribution by the Net Asset Value Per Unit of the Class of Units for which the Member is subscribing as of the effective date of the contribution.

  • For this purpose, all purchases and redemptions of Units for which the Series Net Asset Value Per Unit on the Distribution Date or a previous day applies shall be considered to have been completed before the end of the Distribution Date.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, on each matter submitted to a vote of the Unitholders, each Unitholder shall be entitled to a proportionate vote based upon the (x) product of the Net Asset Value Per Unit multiplied by the number of Units, or fraction thereof, owned by such Unitholder standing in its name on the books of the Trust as of the relevant record date declared by the Managing Owner (y) divided by the product of the Net Asset Value Per Unit multiplied by all outstanding Units.

  • Upon liquidation of the Partnership, after payment of, or adequate provision for, debts and obligations of the Partnership, including any Partner loans, any remaining assets of the Partnership shall be distributed to all Partners such that the holder of each Partnership Unit receives an amount equal to the Net Asset Value Per Unit for each Partnership Unit held.

  • If the Net Asset Value Per Unit as of the applicable date, increased by capital distributions and dividends paid or accrued, is less than $10 per unit, no Participation Allocation will be paid to the Special Limited Partner.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, on each matter submitted to a vote of the Unitholders, each Unitholder shall be entitled to a proportionate vote based upon the product of the Net Asset Value Per Unit multiplied by the number of Units, or fraction thereof, standing in its name on the books of the Trust in accordance with Section 3.3(g).

  • If the Special Limited Partner elects to receive such distributions in Class I Units or Class E Units, the Special Limited Partner will receive the number of Class I Units or Class E Units that results from dividing the Quarterly Allocation or the Year-End Allocation, as applicable, by the Net Asset Value Per Unit of the applicable Class of Partnership Units at the time of such distribution.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, on each matter submitted to a vote of the Unitholders, each Unitholder shall be entitled to a proportionate vote based upon the product of the Net Asset Value Per Unit multiplied by the number of Units, or fraction thereof, standing in its name on the books of the Trust in accordance with Section 3.4(d).

  • If the Special Limited Partner elects to receive such allocations in Class I Units or Class E Units, the Special Limited Partner will receive the number of Class I Units or Class E Units that results from dividing the Performance Allocation by the Net Asset Value Per Unit of the applicable Class of Partnership Units at the time of such distribution.
