Value Added Services (VAS) definition
Value Added Services (VAS) means additional services for coverage beyond those specified in Exhibit B, SOW. VAS may be actual Healthcare Services, benefits, or positive incentives that HHSC determines will promote healthy lifestyles and improve health outcomes among Members.
Value Added Services (VAS) means extra electronic services provided by the licensee other than basic signal distribution services;
