The methodology of determining Product SKU prices to Purchaser is provided in Exhibit A. 4. Parties’ Purchase and Supply Commitments and Sourcing a. Except as specifically permitted in this Section 4, the Parties agree to abide by the NPSG Annual Sourcing Plans and Current Year Sourcing between Supplier Regional Manufacturing Facilities and Purchaser Distribution Centers and Regional Manufacturing Facilities. The NPSG Annual Sourcing Plan is intended to be available by the end of November of each calendar year.
