Valuation Segment definition

Valuation Segment means a subset of Contracts and their supporting assets created through partitioning the Contracts falling under the scope of this Section. There may be a single Valuation Segment for the Contracts to which this Section applies or, at the option of the Company, multiple Valuation Segments. A Valuation Segment is partitioned into one or more Model Segments.
